Done

In some situations, to-do lists are not the way to go. You don't even know what you're doing until you finally reach the destination. For those types of things, Liberation introduced a concept called Done. This is not a new concept, it was introduced by a company called idonethis, and we want to bring those very same features into Liberation.

Rather than having a to-do list, Done in Liberation sends an email every day to every person in the team to report what they have done for the day. This is far more liberating than the top-down to-do approach. So Done in Liberation follows a bottom-up approach where every day teams report what they have done.
