Liberation will have a powerful AI that performs many functions.

First, it assists with content creation. You can write content and the AI will suggest improvements, check grammar, and provide other helpful feedback.

Second, AI will be used for information extraction—determining how to link one piece of content with another and identifying what's in videos, pictures, audio, or other documents. AI will extract information from content and store it in a vector database to make it easily searchable.

Third, AI will be used for answering queries. You will have a lot of content stored in Liberation, and even though we have powerful search and graph features, it's very helpful to have an AI agent that can answer your questions from a chat interface.

We at Team Liberation won't be developing our own AI algorithms; instead, we will use AI offerings available to the wider public. We encourage users of Liberation to use open-source versions of AI rather than proprietary ones, so that your data remains safeguarded.
